PLANNED BUDGET REDUCTIONS FOR 2002-2003

with the committee. We were allocated $218,000, cut
$54,000. Dr. McDaniel is anticipating releasing some
of the monies back to us beginning January 1, 2003.
Need to let him know if there are any problems going
into the new year. Joe Horsley has indicated that he
would share some of their monies and Dean Duggar indicated
that he would share some of the Banking Chair money
if push came to shove.
All salaries have been frozen, but those that are in
for promotion will get promoted and the raise.
Dean Duggar commented on the March, State of Arkansas
revenue forecast. That it is running a little lower,
some due to the filing date and speed of refunds. Under
corporate collections they are down 24% than what they
predicted.
MERIT DOCUMENT REVISION FEEDBACK
Dr. Roe passed this document out at the last meeting
and asked if there was any feedback on this. Dr. Roe
