COLLEGE OF BUSINESS
College Undergraduate Curriculum
Committee
Meeting Minutes
January 29, 2008
Members Present: Gary Latanich, Kim
Hester, John Robertson
The following action was taken on
the following proposals:
The issue of specific pre-requisites for upper
division courses and the requirement that five core
classes, two accounting, two econ, and the stat class be
taken before any upper division courses are taken was
discussed. The issue was whether these five classes
should be pre-requisites for all upper division business
core classes. The committee decided that given the
current configuration of BANNER, we are better off
leaving the specific pre-requisites for each upper
division course as they are, while simply enforcing the
taking of the five lower level business classes, prior
to taking upper division classes, via the advising
process.
-
The pre-requisite for
the upper level Law classes was changed from MGMT
3123 to MGMT 3153.
-
Added CIT 4453 Global
E-Commerce to the list of emphasis area electives
from which Marketing & Management students may

-

-

-

Business Management was added to the

-
