Why Study Marketing?
All organizations perform marketing activities to facilitate
need-satisfying exchanges in the marketplace, including
the conception, pricing, promotion and distribution of ideas,
goods and services. Businesses, large and small, not-for-profit
organizations, and even individuals utilize marketing activities
to support the attainment of relevant goals in terms of
sales, funds raised, number of services rendered, or other
meaningful achievements for the organization.
