Managers serve in a variety of roles as facilitators of information. They also assume decisional roles at the core of making decisions for the organization. Most new college management degreed individuals will enter jobs as team leaders or trainees while they develop and strengthen their management career skills. Managers are the key players in all organizations. Managers define the organization's mission and create its culture. They set priorities and allocate human resources for the organization. Management titles include CEO, president, hospital administrator, plant manager, trainer, hotel manager, first line supervisor, team leader, branch manager, and facilitator to name a few.
