2001
Jim
Boswell. Jim
is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a BS in
Finance. He began his career as an auditor for Whirlpool
Corporation, where he spent nine years before reaching the
position as Director of Strategic Planning & Analysis.
He received an MBA from the University of Chicago in 1992
and was relocated by Whirlpool to Hong Kong as Director
of Mergers & Acquisitions, for the Greater China Region.
Jim joined NEA Clinic in 1999 as
the Chief Executive Officer. Under Jim's outstanding leadership
and commitment, the clinic has achieved significant results,
and was recognized for its accomplishment in 2001 by receiving
the American Medical Group Associations's Preeminent Medical
Group of the Year award.
Jim is active in the community,
serving on the boards of the local Arkansas Children's Hospital's
"Kampaign for Kids", the board of the NEA Clinic
Charitable Foundation, the American Heart Association and
others. Jim has also been active in academics as an adjunct
professor with Webster University's MBA program.
Jim is married to Carrie Boswell
and has three children, Jameson, Cameron and Allison.
Louis
Intres. Louis
was born in Fort Smith, Arkansas and graduated from the
University of Central Arkansas in 1970 with a BA in Administration/Management.
He attended Graduate Banking School at Southern Methodist
University from 1974 to 1976.
Louis has a 32-year banking career
serving as President and Senior Lending Officer of various
banking institutions in Oklahoma and Arkansas. He is presently
Executive Vice President, Senior Lender and Board Member
of Heritage Bank.
Louis is active in community affairs,
serving on numerous boards within the community including
the United Way and the Chamber of Commerce. He is the founder
of the Greater Jonesboro Education Foundation, which provides
grants to local public school teachers.
Louis has been honored as the Lion
Citizen of the Year and Rotarian Citizen of the Year in
Oklahoma and Arkansas. He was selected as one of five Outstanding
Citizens of the Year in Arkansas in 1995.
He is married to Shirley Intres
and has two children, Jenine and Bradley.
